This “Understanding Significance and Strategies for Control of Listeria in Food Production Facilities” classroom training will include an expert slate of presenters covering listeria control and environmental monitoring (includes meat industry), developing effective listeria control programs (featuring sanitation and other topics), and discussion of potential legal ramifications of listeria contamination.
