Exhibitors - 1) Please reserve your booth and any desired sponsorships via this form.

2) The individual listed as your Primary Booth Contact will receive an email invitation and further instructions regarding registering individuals from your company who will be attending the show in 2023.

General Attendees - general attendees are those attending the show who are not directly employed by a MWFPA member company that is exhibiting in 2023. A link and instructions for general registration will be available at convention.mwfpa.org starting August 15th!

The Midwest Food Products Association's Annual Convention brings together leaders and professionals in the food processing industry to discuss trends, view new technologies,
share expertise, and network with professionals in relevant companies and disciplines.
The goal of this annual event is to give attendees the information and resources needed to grow their knowledge, business, and to meet the challenges of customer demands and regulatory oversight.

Booth Option 1-Standard (Please reference show floor map) (8x10) - $900

Booth Option 2-Premium (Please reference show floor map) (8x10) - $1,000

Booth Option 3-End Cap (10x16) - $1,500

Additional Booth - $500

Each booth purchase includes 2 booth staff passes. Passes are not transferable. Additional registrations are $125 per individual employed by an exhibiting member company.

In 2023 booth staff registration will occur after booth registration
Additional instructions and an invitation will be sent via email to your primary booth contact

General Registration

All attendee registrations including booth staff will be purchased through our vendor American Tradeshow Services, as noted above.

Non member/non exhibitor general registration will be available starting August 15th. Additional information available at convention.mwfpa.org
