2019 Annual Sporting Clays Challenge
Thursday, October 10, 2019
Description
The 8th Annual MWFPA Sporting Clay Challenge is coming up in early October and we are looking forward to an afternoon of shooting fun and raising money for member employ-student scholarships.
Sporting clays is a shotgun shooting game in which clay discs are presented in ways that mirror the flight pattern of birds. Each station on the grounds has different features and unpredictable disc delivery. Some shots will be surprisingly easy and some border on impossible!
The Sporting Clays Challenge is a benefit for the Midwest Food Products Association Scholarship Fund. Scholarship recipients are chosen on a yearly basis from students studying at a post-high school level and is open to any student of an MWFPA member. Funds raised at this event will go to shooting prizes and the scholarship fund.
