Please review the following pricing and instructions for the
2026 MWFPA Convention & Expo:
Booth Option 1-Standard (Please reference show floor map) (8x10) - $1000
Booth Option 2-Premium (Please reference show floor map) (8x10) - $1,100
Booth Option 3-End Cap (10x16) - $1,700
*Additional Booth - $600 *Note- one additional booth is allowed per full priced booth purchase. Additional booths do not include additional booth staff.
Each booth purchase includes 2 booth staff passes. Passes are not transferable. Additional registrations are $130 per individual employed by an exhibiting member company.
- In 2025 booth staff registration will occur separately from booth registration
- Additional instructions and an invitation will be sent via email to your primary booth contact
General (Non-Vendor Staff) Registration
All attendee registrations including booth staff will be purchased through our vendor American Tradeshow Services, as noted above.
Non member/non exhibitor general registration will be available starting July 1st. Additional information available at www.mwfpa.org/convention.
